Recent Renovations
We have recently begun to renovate each of our suites as they have become vacant. Our newly renovated suites have beautiful tile in the entrance hall, kitchen, hall closet and bathroom. The bedrooms in all our units are carpeted. When suites are renovated they are also repainted.
We have recently gone through a security up-grade to our building and are now able to offer "keyless entry" through all building doors and through our underground parking. Going to the "keyless" or "fob" entry system allows us to maintain greater security for our tenants. Should a "fob" be lost it can simply be cancelled. Our ability to instantly cancel lost fobs ensures that no one other than our tenants can enter our building. |
Mountain Views
Third floor units on the north side of the building have lovely views of the mountains.
Private Decks
The ground floor units have large private decks.
